Sycamore Trails RC&D serves 9 counties in West Central Indiana:  Clay, Fountain, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion, and Vigo

RC&D provides a framework to develop partnerships and alliances between local citizens, private organizations, governments, and technical experts to solve a variety of problems.

Our Board of Directors is made up of representatives appointed by our sponsoring organizations from each county:

• County Commissioners

• Soil and Water Conservation Districts

• Cooperative Extension Boards

We also have a director representing the city of Terre Haute, West Central Indiana Business Innovations, and two at-large directors.
